1. Types of Information We Collect

3. Cookies

Depending on how you use our Site, we may store cookies on your computer in order to collect certain aggregate data about our users and to customize certain aspects of your specific user experience. 4. Release of Information

We may also provide Aggregate Information about our customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

5. Updating and Correcting Information

We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the PII, including Personal Data, that you have provided to us. However and subject to applicable laws, some information, such as past transactions, logs of technical support calls, or other information may not be deleted. In addition, it may not be possible to completely delete all your information without some residual information because of backups.

6. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information

We may, from time to time, send you email regarding new products and services that we feel may interest you. In addition, if you indicated upon registration that you are interested in receiving offers or information from us and our partners, we may occasionally call or send you direct mail about products and services that may be of interest to you. Only Company (or agents working on behalf of Company and under confidentiality agreements) will send you these solicitations, and only if you have previously indicated that you wish to receive them. a) Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the “controller” and “processor” of information, including PII and Personal Data. Traditute is primarily the processor of your Personal Data. Subject to the General Data Protection Regulation or other applicable laws, you may have the right to request access to and view your Personal Data, as well as to seek to update, correct, delete or port your Personal Data as described in this section and the section Your Rights.

b) International Data Transfer. Information, including Personal Data that we collect from you, may be transferred to, stored at and processed by us and other third parties in a country outside the EEA, including, but not limited to the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using this Site, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and the General Data Protection Regulations and other applicable laws.

Traditute may also control and process some limited Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and you have a right to access, update, delete, correct or port your Personal Data, or to remove your consent or object to Traditute’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time. Subject to General Data Protection Regulation, you may also have the right to (i) restrict Traditute’s use of your Personal Data and (ii) lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. 10. Miscellaneous

You must be at least 18 years old to have our permission to use this Site. Traditute does not knowingly collect, use or disclose PII about minor visitors.

You should also be aware that when PII, including Personal Data, is voluntarily disclosed by you (i.e. your name, email address, etc.) in the discussion forums or other public areas on this Site, that information, along with any information disclosed in your communication, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages (including unwanted spam messages) from third parties.
